What’s the product warranty?
Playscapes-manufactured products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for two years from the date of shipment. Click here for the full warranty statement.
How do I know the best height to hang a wall-mounted activity?

Is all necessary hardware included? Are there instructions?
Absolutely. All hardware and assembly/mounting instructions are included with the products.
How do I clean Playscapes products?
Our products have been designed and manufactured for use in healthcare facilities, where issues of infection control are most stringent. Our items are made with commercial-grade materials and should be included in the same cleaning protocols as furniture and other high-contact surfaces. Frequent cleaning with most commercial disinfectant solutions will not damage or diminish any of our product finishes; but the use of ammonia on acrylic may cause cloudiness.
Can I return an item?
Play houses, murals, and custom orders are not returnable. Other Playscapes-manufactured items may be returned up to 90 days from the date of shipment, are subject to a 25% restocking charge, and will be inspected. Contact our Service Department at [email protected] or call for a return authorization. Credit will not be issued without an RA number.
How will my order be shipped?
Merchandise will ship FedEx Ground/most efficient means unless specified otherwise.
What does it mean when an item “ships via freight line”?
These items are too large or too heavy to go FedEx Ground. Some items are crated for maximum protection and are most easily delivered if you have a loading dock.
What if something arrives damaged?
Please inspect each box when your order arrives, and note any damaged or missing boxes on the delivery receipt. Shipping damages must be reported within 10 days. Contact us and provide your company name, contact person, and phone number.
